How to Use Klara

At Aria Dermatology & Aesthetics, we use Klara to streamline communication, paperwork, and appointment preparation—making your visit more efficient and personalized.

What Is Klara?

Klara is a secure, HIPAA-compliant messaging platform that allows you to:

  • Complete intake and consent forms

  • Update medical history and medications

  • Upload insurance information

  • Receive appointment reminders

  • Communicate directly with our office

Before Your Appointment: What to Do

Once your appointment is scheduled, you will receive a Klara message with a link to your patient forms.

Please complete the following at least 24 hours before your visit:

  • Patient intake forms

  • Medical history and medication list

  • Insurance information

  • Required consent forms

Completing your paperwork ahead of time allows your provider to review your information in advance and ensures your appointment runs on time.

Day of Your Visit

  • If all paperwork is completed in Klara, you may arrive at your scheduled appointment time.

  • If forms are incomplete, new patients should arrive 10–15 minutes early to allow time for check-in.

  • Patients who arrive without completed paperwork and insufficient time to complete it may need to reschedule.
